Comprehensive evaluation:《Soul Release》is better.
When reversed, the opponent's GY is excluded, but it is tough to be manipulated by his own GY.
Unlike 《Soul Release》, it is better to deal with the cards placed in the opponent's GY during the opponent's turn, but in that case 《D.D. Crow》etc. are easier to use.

Even the monsters in the illustration like 《Cyber Jar》are all Rock monsters.

But reverse is too late in the GY meta. It is easy to be removed before it activates. Although it is limited to your own turn, there are more 《Soul Release》than you can draw and use immediately.
Even though it's a meta with only one card, DD Crow, which can be played directly from the hand, also has 《Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion》, and its flexible movement gives it a high overall performance that is far ahead of the rest.
I think it's tough to prioritize.

A pod monster with a very modest effect. The effect itself is reasonable, but to be honest, it is not an effect that can be reversed. Another problem is that my girlfriend's GY is also excluded. Although it is compatible with 《Machine Duplication》, there is almost no merit to adopt it.
